What happens next

Within 24 hours, you'll receive an email with your collection point address, access instructions, and your first pickup date.

Each week before your pickup day, we'll send you the list of what's included in your box along with any storage or preparation tips.

Your first box will be ready at your collection point on your scheduled day. Bring a reusable bag or box for transport.
