Dawn Spark operates a distribution network connecting consumers with regenerative farms in New Zealand. We coordinate the delivery of seasonal farm produce and related products to designated collection points.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected service. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Payment is required before service commencement.
You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date. Changes requested with less notice may not be processed in time for the upcoming delivery.
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
The specific produce included in your order will vary based on seasonal availability and harvest conditions. While we provide typical contents lists, exact items are subject to change each week.
We work with farms that follow regenerative agriculture practices. All produce undergoes quality verification before distribution. If you receive items that do not meet acceptable quality standards, contact us within 24 hours of pickup.
Not all farms in our network hold formal organic certification, though all follow practices aligned with regenerative and organic principles. Specific certification status can be requested for individual farms.
You are responsible for picking up your order from the designated collection point during the specified time window. We are not responsible for orders not collected within the pickup timeframe.
If you miss a scheduled pickup without prior notification, you will still be charged for that delivery. We cannot provide refunds or credits for uncollected orders.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before your next scheduled pickup will not be charged for that delivery.
Refunds are provided only in cases of significant quality issues reported within 24 hours of pickup, with photographic evidence. We do not provide refunds for personal preference or if you simply do not like certain items included in your box.

All content on the Dawn Spark website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Dawn Spark or our content providers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or that the service will be error-free.
Agricultural products are subject to natural variation and seasonal factors beyond our control. We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality but cannot guarantee specific characteristics, sizes, or exact varieties.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Dawn Spark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Dawn Spark harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Use or your misuse of our services.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, crop failures, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
